Utah Supreme Court Upholds Will of the People: People4Utah Celebrates Victory for Ballot Initiative Process
Today marks a significant victory for democracy in Utah. The Utah Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Better Boundaries lawsuit reaffirms the fundamental principle that the will of the people, as expressed through ballot initiatives, must be respected.
We are proud that the court recognized the importance of the ballot initiative process in empowering Utahns to directly shape our state’s laws and policies.
